I truly appreciated how close this hotel was to the North Shore, just a few steps away, and enjoyed easy access to the beautiful North Blackpool Pond Trail, perfect for a leisurely weekend stroll. the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Families will find plenty of options for meals, including a great kids' menu.

The receptionist was lovely, and the restaurant team was very helpful. I asked for breakfast in the room, and they delivered, which felt like an extra nice touch.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still felt reasonable for the value.

Nice place with friendly vibes

The pool area was awesome, really enjoyed hanging out there. Our room was cozy even if not all fancy, but what really made it was the staff – super lovely and helpful! The food was tasty too, props to the chefs! Only bummer was that some areas were a bit noisy due to renos.

The room was spacious with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and comfortable bed. The bathroom had a great power shower and free toiletries. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was top-notch with plenty of choices. Staff were responsive and friendly, creating a welcoming environment.

We spent 2 nights in a Premium Double Room and enjoyed everything from the well-decorated accommodations to the delicious meals offered, including fresh and hot breakfasts. The friendly staff always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, and the evening entertainment was a highlight of our stay. One area for improvement would be to add more variety of games in the games room for families.

stayed in a premium double room for 2 nights with my partner, food was excellent n varied, really helpful staff, room was comfy and clean, entertainment was fab too. really felt at home with the staff, old faces from previous visits made it feel cozy!

my husband thought the bed was too hard for his liking n the entertainment on saturday night wasn't great at all, felt a bit off.

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a sea view room, making the most of family time in the nice pool. Breakfast included fresh fruits and warm pastries, which were a delightful start to our days. For future guests, a good idea is to have lunch off-site since options are limited.

During my stay, I was charmed by the beautifully renovated common areas, which provided a warm atmosphere. The accessibility features, like the wide, non-slip ramp at the entrance, made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.
